For all of you Korean beauty lovers out there, you're in for a treat! I decided I wanted to switch things up during quarantine and get to test out some new products. In the K Beauty world, there are tons of options, and the sheer quantity can be dizzying. That's why we decided to take the reins and review the Bomibox Korean Beauty Subscription box.
So, as much as we love sponsored content, this is actual a product we were genuinely interested in. We loved the concept so much we just said, "To heck with it, let's subscribe!" So, lucky for you beauty fanatics, we're going to give you the inside scoop on Bomibox subscription and all the goodies it comes with!

Packaging
First off, the packaging is super cute for this box. I love that it's a smaller easier to manage size as well. Sometimes, subscription boxes can come in bulky sizes that are annoying to break down and throw away. This is a perfect size and even has some high-quality decorations on it.
I was shocked to see that they provided all full-sized items in the box. That's one of the best parts of the Bomibox because other K Beauty subscription boxes will give you small sample sizes to try. That can be good if you want to try multiple items all the time, but I like having larger quantities since I don't like to skimp on the beauty products.

One of the best parts about Korean beauty is getting a good toner. Most of the time, we want to skip the toner part because we're like, "Is this actually doing anything for my skin?"
The truth is, toner is SUPER important for balancing the pH of your skin, which can ultimately lead to break outs if not taken care of properly.
The ACWELL 5.5 pH balancing cleansing toner is the perfect toner for those who have super sensitive skin or use a very light cleanser. It's also very lightly acidic which makes it a well-rounded toner for many skin types. It uses oriental medicine which concentrates only active components by excluding stimulating components in Cimicifuga Rhizome Extract licorice.
It comes in a 5.1 oz full-sized bottle, which can last you 3-6 months.
I don't break out too often, but when I do, it's a hot mess. I was almost going to go to the store and buy my own acne spot treatment, but I was beyond ecstatic to find this full-sized spot treatment by Pyunkang Yul.
The minimal vibe of this product is so cool and very medicinal. Pyunkang Yul Acne Spot Cream is specialized for treating acne spots, quickly soothing acne within 24 hours through its strong anti-inflammatory effects contained in highly-enriched ingredients. It also suppresses bacteria from growing further in the pores, preventing the recurrence of acne.
I ended up breaking out randomly (and conveniently for this review), so I tested the product and it really worked quite well! It didn't fully heal my acne, but it definitely reduced the appearance.
When it comes to skincare, having a solid sunscreen for your face is essential. Sun damage can be detrimental to your skin and can cause aging spots, wrinkles, and so much more irreparable issues.
This facial sunscreen is the perfect way to prevent from getting sun damage without clogging your pores or making your makeup feel heavy. It comes with an SPF 45, which anything beyond 50 is going to be good to go for your skin. It also has a PA+++, which is the highest PA.
Overall, this is an excellent suncream for everyday wear.
Masks are one of the best ways to add a little extra umph into your skincare routine. One of my favorite Korean Beauty brands of all time, InnisFree has some of the best masks I've ever used.
InnisFree has an incredible Jeju line, and I was excited to find that Bomibox had the Jeju Root Energy Mask in Kohrabi since I haven't tried it yet. It's got a very sweet scent and feels cool and nurturing on your skin.
For those of you who need a little extra kick when it comes to caring for your skin, you're in for a treat. These little spot treatment patches have actually been popularized on TikTok and they came in the box! I was so happy to test them out.
The patches claim to help with breakouts and even dark or uneven skin tones and even wrinkles. Honestly, they're pretty useful and pretty cute. I slap one of these puppies on right before I got to bed to reduce the appearance of breakouts.
If you've ever seen those Baby Feet foot masks, this is the product for you. This awesome Dry Essence Foot pack by PETITFEE is the perfect mask especially for winter that will keep your feel feeling soft and clean. It's a highly enriched foot cream that keeps your skin feeling smooth and reduces the feeling of calluses.
I'm excited to use this product especially since I trained Muay Thai for so long. I don't have the greatest feet in the world, so this is going to be an amazing treatment for my damaged feet.
I absolutely LOVED the way this packaging looked. Because i play a lot of guitar, my hands aren't always in the best condition. I'm always looking for a great hand cream that I can always have easily accessible. This is the PERFECT cream.
The cream itself is very refreshing and lightly scented and smells of lemon, musk, and jasmine. It's SUPER hydrating and perfect for my hands which sometimes break out with eczema. It's the perfect hand cream that fits in your bag to go or just at home.
Because COVID is a live and well, it's important to have a good hand sanitizer. This one is perfect! I've actually been looking for a pump hand sanitizer for a while and was so happy to find this included in the box.
The sanitizer is a gel based and is a good size to keep in your car or in your purse. It does the job!
Overall Rating
I absolutely LOVED this box. This is by far one of the best Korean beauty subscription boxes out there for your buck. You get full-sized products and they're all high-quality and have a great variety. They also give you several options of either subscribing every month or every three months depending on how much product you use.
