Tonymoly's Egg Pore - Silky Smooth Balm is my personal favorite face primer at the moment, make sure to check out our top 10 Korean Face Primer picks.
I'm such a sucker for cute packaging and Tonymoly hits the nail on the head again with this golden egg. I see it and I just must have it!
I have huge pores and acne scars so I really appreciate a thick and sturdy primer. This primer has a unique consistency, it feels almost like melted wax. When I put it on my skin, I can almost see it coating my pores and I never break out after using it.
BTW, there are three products in this series, although I've only tried out the primer, theres also the Blackhead Steam Balm and the Tightening Cooling Pack. I must try them all because they are all packaged in different colors of egg cuteness.

Ingredients:
Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer, Silica, Ceresin, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Cychlohexasiloxane, Vinegar, Egg Shell Powder, Titanium Dioxide (Cl 77890), Bis-PEG/PPG-14/14 Dimethicone, Tocophertyl Acetate, Camelllia Sinensis Seed Oil, Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Glyceryl Linoleate, Glyceryl Lineolenate, Glyceryl Arachidonate, Propylparaben, Fragrance
Egg Whites are featured in the formula in order to combat excessive oiliness and offer light skin exfoliation. The Herbal Complex includes numerous oil controlling properties from the following ingredients: Soap Grass, Sylvia, Lemon, Hop, Peppers, and Burdock. Also included are Camellia Flower Extract which tightens the pores and controls oil and Skin Growth Complex to work on the elasticity of your skin.

The primer smells lightly of lemons and it lasts all day! The primer only takes up the bottom half off the egg, the entire egg isn't filled to the brim with primer.

How to apply
You don't need to put this primer on your entire face. Just apply to the areas where you have large pores.
I compared it to my Lioele Blooming Shimmer Pearl Base because their consistencies are markedly different. The Lioele primer is more of a typical creamy lotion consistency whereas you can see Tonymoly's more waxy consistency.

You can see here on the left how the Tonymoly is so much thicker. I do enjoy the Lioele primer but its definitely a super lightweight primer.

Conclusion
Overall I love how the primer feels on the skin. It also has a light moisturizing effect. I never leave the house without at least some BB Cream on so I've now been wearing the egg pore as a base under my BB Cream or Cushion Compact! Check out TonyMoly's Egg Pore primer here.
