Anyone who knows me knows that I am a total "Doer". I'm always creating new projects, exploring the world, and trying to break down barriers! My most important mission in life is to see every corner of the world and inspire and show others how to do the same. However, traveling the world can get exhausting. Constantly crossing different time zones and overcoming jet lag can lower my body's defenses and it's so important for me to take every step that I can take to prevent getting sick.
