Nature Made® Adult Gummies are an essential part of my travel routine. Traveling can be rough on my regular beauty routine so I pack certain essentials that will ensure that I arrive at my destination as well rested and refreshed as possible! Below are my top 7 beauty hacks for long haul flights.
Travel Beauty Hacks for Long Flights
1. Drink Lots of Water
The most important in-flight beauty hack is to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! The air inside an airplane is very dry and this will totally dehydrate your skin. Make sure to select an aisle seat for the flight as you should be drinking water at every opportunity!
2. Bring Your Facial Oil
Along the lines of hydrating, make sure to bring along your favorite beauty mist of facial oil. It will not only be refreshing on your skin after hours inside the cabin but will keep you looking more fresh and rested.
3. Use Your Facial Mist
Facial mists are huge in Korea and beginning to gain popularity in the US and beyond. Use your facial mist at the start and end of your flight at add a nice, moisturizing barrier to protect your skin.
4. Pack Your Vitamins!
You definitely want to keep your regular routine as much as possible on a long haul flights so I definitely like to pack my vitamins and take them during the flight. I love my Nature Made® Adult Gummies because they are so tasty that I can take them as a fruity snack also. The Nature Made® Vitamin D3 Adult Gummies is also super awesome since I definitely am not getting my dose of sunshine while inside the airplane cabin!
5. Pack the Petroleum Jelly
Petroleum jelly is very multi-purpose. The absolute worse thing is to get stuck on a international long haul flight with no chapstick and enduring dry lips for the entire flight! You can also use the jelly for moisturizing
Your hair is probably going to get messy on the flight. The easiest way to look sleek after the flight is to quickly use a hair bun to make a perfect bun on top of your head! It only takes a minute or two and you’re all set.
7. Concealer or BB Cream
I would recommend not wearing foundation on a long haul flight, instead bring along your favorite BB cream to touch up any trouble spots before you deplane.
